Terry L. Nelson, COO, has over 16 years of experience in information technology infrastructure and support systems.  He has an extensive background in project management from engineering, implementing and supporting local and wide area networks, utilizing many technologies from private lines to the Internet in the composition of the infrastructure.  He has implemented national Network Operations Centers (NOC’s) to provide monitoring of mission critical applications and infrastructures, also Help Desk services to support the NOC and customers.  His strong dedication to Quality of Service (QOS) standards have been the cornerstone of his successes, with constant emphasis on process and workflow enhancements.  Terry also holds the Microsoft Certified System Engineer designation for Windows NT 4.0 and Windows 2000. 

Steve Walter, Manager of Business Development, was formerly Business Development Manager for KB Information Services, a Sarasota based technology consulting firm.  He graduated in 1987 from The University of Florida, with a BSBA in Marketing.  His experience includes 6-years as a business profitability consultant for Ford Motor Company, and 3-years as Digital Systems Design Consultant, for Lanier Worldwide.  Steve holds the Microsoft Certified System Engineer designation.
